Account Creation & Security
To create an account on cvv999, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, a valid mobile number, and date of birth. If any information provided during registration is found to be false or incomplete, cvv999 reserves the right to close the account without prior notice. For identity verification (KYC), cvv999 may request a national ID card, passport, or other valid government-issued document at any time, and members are required to comply. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
Keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential is entirely your responsibility. cvv999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password. Should cvv999 detect suspicious activity, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Fraudulent activity, attempts to hack the system, and the use of bots or automated software are strictly prohibited — any account found in violation will be permanently banned. Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances may be forfeited. cvv999 reserves the right to review and, where necessary, reverse any suspicious transactions.
Using this platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds is a criminal offence, and cvv999 is obligated to report any such activity to the relevant authorities. Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system flaws for unfair gain will result in the transaction being voided and the account being closed.

Platform Usage Rules

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Cvv999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or any other illegal conduct. In the event of a suspension, cvv999 will notify the user via email or their registered mobile number, explain the reason, and offer the opportunity to appeal. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice. The balance of a suspended account will be held until the investigation is concluded, and if the user is cleared, the full balance will be returned.
Users may request to close their account at any time. Upon voluntary closure, any valid remaining balance (provided it meets the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be refunded. For accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months), cvv999 may apply an inactivity fee, which will be stated separately on the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Bangladeshi courts. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining terms shall continue in full force.
